Change of Address

If your address information is inaccurate (local, grade/billing, next of kin [see below] corrections and updates may be made on the Web: (studentcentral.unc.edu) or through the UNC Online Campus Directory at www.unc.edu/dir/.

Address Definitions

• Local address. Where you live while enrolled and where you can be reached while school is in session. Residence Hall changes are automatically updated by the Housing Office.
• Permanent/grade/billing address. Where your grade report (if requested) and University charges are mailed. This address is also used to mail correspondence to you when you are not in school.
• Next of kin/parent address. Where next of kin/parent, legal guardian, or someone other than you or your spouse can be reached in an emergency.
